ABS-CBN is such a drag!!!
ABS-CBN is such a drag because they are always cheating in GMA... They have no originality!!! They even copied T.V. Shows from other networks.... even at abroad!!! And they are even telling everybody that GMA is the Bad Guy... BUT THEY ARE WRONG!!!! Why dont they do their own shows... by NOT COPYING! Do you agree with me?? Please have originality.... It is bad to blame people which has no fault... And stealing is a bad thing...
Thanks... Just informing you...

Kids are targeted by Playstation Portable Gaming Consoles....
I never thought that my son will experience a similar incident as
what had happened in Trinoma because I had already warned him about
it. But I guess, when a child is cornered and alone, he can be so
confused, frightened and helpless and subsequently follows whatever
is asked of him.
My son was playing with four of his friends at Time Zone (the one in
Greenhills Theater Mall) last Saturday (Sept. 20) afternoon. They
were all playing separately and far apart from each other. A guy then
approached my son and started scolding him that he was destroying the
machine and he could be penalized for P100,000.00. He also warned my
son that he will have a bad record in Greenhills for doing so. He
kept on saying things to intimidate my son. He made my son believe
that he was the owner of Time Zone. The employees of Time Zone did
not mind this person who was pestering my son. My son attempted to
call the attention of his classmate, but that guy would do all things
to stop him. My son was able to shout the name of his classmate once
but unfortunately Time Zone was too noisy and his call was left
unheard. Finally, the guy told my son to go with him to the
Greenhills office to clear his name. They went out of Time Zone and
went to V-mall
food court. While my son was walking towards V-mall, he felt that
this man was not alone. There seemed to be people following them
because when he tried to stop, people at the back would also stop.
When they were in the food court, the guy told my son that he could
not bring his things to the Greenhills office, so he brought out a
plastic bag and asked him to put his PSP, cellphone and wallet into
the plastic bag. He asked my son to seat and wait for him. That guy
then went to talk with one of the personnel in Quantum, making it
appear that he is depositing my son's things with the Quantum
personnel. My son waited for maybe 10 minutes, and the guy
disappeared. My son approached several Quantum personnel and asked if
somebody left a plastic bag with him. The Quantum personnel told my
son that he was robbed and the guy will not come back anymore.
Realizing that he had been fooled, my son rushed back to our store in
Promenade.
To make things worst, when my son's classmates were asking Time Zone
personnel about the disappearance of my son, they did not offer any
assistance and would not give any information. There was supposed to
be a guard at the door where my son went out, but at that time that
my son left Time Zone, there was no guard at the door. It could have
been that an accomplice had led the guard away from the main door. I
am still not sure if there had been connivance between Time Zone
personnel and the thief, but because of their indifference to this
incident, please advise your son not to patronize this establishment
anymore.
Please advise your children to refrain from bringing their PSP to
public places. I think it was my son's PSP, although it was kept in
his pocket, that made him the target.
Well it is not actually my son ok?? Just heard about it.. someone mailed it in my Yahoo....
Thanks

Marshmallows and Cotton Candy are my F.A.V.E.O.R.I.T.E.!!!
When ready, pour the mixture into the prepared pan, using a lightly oiled spatula for spreading evenly into the pan. Dust the top with enough of the remaining sugar and cornstarch mixture to lightly cover. Reserve the rest for later. Allow the marshmallows to sit uncovered for at least 4 hours and up to overnight. Turn the marshmallows out onto a cutting board and cut into 1-inch squares using a pizza wheel dusted with the confectioners' sugar mixture. Once cut, lightly dust all sides of each marshmallow with the remaining mixture, using additional if necessary. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Equals to!!!! Tadaaaa!! Do you want more?? Here is another recipe, but not for marshmallows but it is for COTTON CANDY!! Cotton Candy Recipe
Marshmallows and Cotton Candy are my favorite sweets to eat they are like a taste in Heaven, I want the chocolate flavored marshmallows!! and even the bubble gum flavored cotton candy yummy!!!!!!!!! I will give you the recipe of Marshmallows and Cotton Candy here....
Marshmallow recipe
3 packages unflavored gelatin
1 cup ice cold water, divided
12 ounces granulated sugar, approximately 1 1/2 cups
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
Nonstick spray
Here is how to do it!! This is the Fun Part!!
Combine the confectioners' sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl. Lightly spray a 13 by 9-inch metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the sugar and cornstarch mixture and move around to completely coat the bottom and sides of the pan. Return the remaining mixture to the bowl for later use.
- 5 cups of granulated sugar
- 1-1/3 cups of light corn syrup
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of water
- food color paste
- flavored oil
- baking spray
Before you begin be sure that you have a pair of wire cutters and an old whisk. Cut the round ends off of the whisk, then arrange the tines so that they are spaced evenly.
You will also need to make sure that you have a large enough area to make the cotton candy. To begin cut open a plastic garbage bag and use it to cover the floor. Wedge two large wooden spoons so that they extend over the edge of the counter.
Place the sugar, corn syrup and water in a two quart heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Use a candy thermometer to cook the sugar mixture to a temperature of 320 degrees Fahrenheit, then remove it from the heat and carefully pour it into a microwave safe glass bowl. Be sure not to let the sugar in the pan, since it will continue to cook.
Dip the tines of the whisk into the hot sugar mixture and allow the sugar to drain off for a couple of seconds, until the draining sugar strands are roughly the same consistency. Next, wave the whisk over the wooden spoons, allowing the sugar strands to drift until they rest on top of the spoons. Be sure that you are from 1 to 1-1/2 feet above the spoons during this process. Use long broad strokes and be sure to work quickly.
Gather the cotton candy and roll it onto the paper that has been rolled into a long thin cone, and enjoy. If the cotton candy needs to be stored, it can be stored in an airtight container. When storing the cotton candy be sure to avoid moisture and humidity, which could cause it to melt and become sticky.
You can adjust this recipe to make as much or as little homemade cotton candy as you want, perfect for a quick snack or a treat for the entire family. If you’ve always wanted to enjoy the fun of carnival food in the comfort of your own home, why not give this great recipe a try? Making cotton candy at home is a great family project, and the kids will certainly love the results.
Thanks again... Research can be really handy in rough edges he-he hope you have fun!!!

--- The Best Gift Ever ---
A young man was getting ready to graduate from college.
For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.
As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car.
Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study.
His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.
Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold.
Angrily, he raised his voice to his father and said,
"With all your money you give me a Bible?"
And stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible.
Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business.
He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old and thought perhaps he should go to him.
He had not seen him since that graduation day.
Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son.
He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.
When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.
He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago.
With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages.
His father had carefully underlined a verse, Matt 7:11,
"And if ye, being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly father which is in heaven, give to those who ask Him?"
As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible.
It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired.
On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...
PAID IN FULL.
How many times do we miss God's blessing because they are not packaged as we expected? I trust you enjoyed this. Pass it on to others. Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for...
PLEASE SEND THIS TO AT LEAST FIVE PEOPLE SO AS TO LET THIS GREAT LESSON FLOW AROUND.
End Copy
**Lesson Learned**
Be thankful of what you have.

Review: No Reservations
A master chef, Kate (Catherine Zeta-Jones) lives her life like she runs the kitchen at upscale 22 Bleecker Restaurant in Manhattan—with a no-nonsense intensity that both captivates and intimidates everyone around her. With breathtaking precision, she powers through each hectic shift, coordinating hundreds of meals, preparing delicate sauces, seasoning and simmering each dish to absolute perfection. More at ease behind the scenes, she only leaves the sanctuary of her kitchen to accept compliments for one of her signature dishes, or, on rare occasions, to tangle with a customer who dares question her expertise. After work, most nights find her in bed before midnight, set to rise at dawn to beat her competition to the fish market for the next day's freshest selections.
Kate's perfectionist nature is put to the test when a brash new sous-chef joins her staff, the high-spirited and freewheeling Nick (Aaron Eckhart). A rising culinary star himself, Nick favors opera while working and loves to make everyone around him laugh. His casual approach to both life and cuisine couldn't be more different from Kate's, yet the chemistry between them is undeniable... as is the discord, like forks clanging off a granite countertop. It might be easier to deal with this turbulence at work if Kate wasn't already off-balance at home, struggling to connect with her nine-year-old niece, Zoe (Abigail Breslin), who has recently—and very unexpectedly—come to live with her. A bright, perceptive child, more comfortable with fish sticks than foie gras, Zoe is clearly out of place in Kate's routine but Kate is determined to make a home for her... just as soon as she figures out how. As the weeks progress, Kate is not sure what steams her more—that Nick's talent scores big points with 22 Bleecker's owner, Paula (Patricia Clarkson), and its discriminating clientèle, or that his easygoing charm quickly wins over the shy Zoe, who finds it easier to open up to him than to her aunt.
But when he challenges the boundary between rivalry and romance, Kate finds herself questioning, for the first time in years, some of the choices and beliefs that have made her so self-sufficient and so safe. If she wants to forge a real bond with Zoe, find happiness with Nick and rediscover her appetite for life, Kate will have to try something bold and new, and learn to express herself outside the realm of her kitchen. That would be like trying to cook without a recipe. But, as Kate discovers, sometimes the best recipes are the ones you create yourself.
